Refund Policy
At Swansie Bodycare, we take great care in handcrafting each product with love, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. As our products are personal care items, we follow a strict no-refund policy with limited exceptions.
1. No Refunds on Skincare Products
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not offer refunds on any used or unused skincare products including soaps, scrubs, body butters, or bath bombs.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A brief explanation of the issue
Once verified, we will offer you either a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No cash refunds will be provided.
3. Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately. While we will assist you in coordinating with the courier, Swansie Bodycare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
